Products & materials
What materials are your products made from?
Each product page lists the material it's printed in, under its details. The materials in the shop right now are: PLA+.
If a product page doesn't list its material yet, ask us before you order and we'll tell you.
Are there small differences between products because they are 3D printed?
Yes. Every piece is printed to order, layer by layer, so you may see fine layer lines and small differences in colour shade or finish between pieces, and compared with the photos. That's part of how 3D printing works, not a fault.
A piece that arrives damaged, has a fault or isn't what you ordered is covered by our returns policy.
How do the lights work on lit products?
Each product with a light has a Lighting details section on its page: how it's powered, how it's switched on, and what the light looks like, as far as we've confirmed them. If something you need isn't listed there, ask us before you order.
Safety
Are the materials safe?
Our products are decorative and everyday items. We don't claim any safety certification for our materials, such as food-safe or toy-safety standards, unless it's stated on the product page.
Please don't use them with food or drink, or let them be chewed or put in the mouth. If you have a specific concern, such as an allergy, ask us before you order.
Are the materials toxic?
We can't make medical or toxicity claims about our products. They're made to be looked at and handled, not eaten, chewed, heated or burned, so please use them that way and keep them away from young children's and pets' mouths.
Are the products suitable for children?
Some pieces are made for play and others are decorations, so check each product page. Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.
Product pages show a small-parts warning where it applies.
Are small parts safe for children?
Small parts can be a choking hazard. Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.
Check pieces now and then, and stop using any piece that's cracked or broken.
What happens if a small piece is accidentally swallowed?
Our products are not intended for consumption. If a piece is swallowed, seek medical advice straight away, and bring the product or its details with you if you can.
Care
Can the products be exposed to heat?
3D-printed plastic can soften or warp in heat. Keep pieces away from heaters, ovens and stoves, candles and open flames, hot cars and long spells of strong direct sun, and never put them in a dishwasher or microwave.
Can the products be exposed to water?
A wipe with a slightly damp cloth is fine, but they're not made to be soaked, washed under the tap or left outdoors. Never get pieces with lights or batteries wet.
How should I clean my 3D-printed product?
Dust with a soft, dry brush or cloth. For marks, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then dry it. Avoid solvents, strong cleaners and scrubbing pads.
Some products have their own care notes on the product page.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed to order, then delivered to your governorate.
The delivery fee for your governorate is shown at checkout. For a time estimate, ask us before you order.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
If your order arrives damaged, has a print or quality fault, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
Once we've accepted your return, you choose: a replacement, printed and delivered again, a refund by InstaPay, a refund to Vodafone Cash or another mobile wallet and store credit for the amount.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Because every piece is printed especially for your order, we can't take returns if you've simply changed your mind.
How do refunds work?
For a refund, the item comes back to us first. Return delivery costs the same as the delivery fee for your governorate and is taken off your refund.
We send the refund as soon as the item reaches us, by InstaPay or to your mobile wallet.
How do I ask for a return?
Sign in, open the order and choose "Request a return", within 14 days of delivery. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the email you used at checkout and your orders will be there.
